This is the second year Team Kristiana has participated in raising funds for this wonderful cause : the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal .

For those of us who have children know what a blessing it is to have access to such a high quality hospital.  It eases our minds knowing that our most precious gifts wil be in the best hands if they became ill. 

 

This was the case with our beautiful angel Kristiana Thomaidis.  She passed away at the young age of 41/2 after suffering from a congenital heart condition- Hyperplastic Left.  She had udergone numerous heart operations begining as early as 3 DAYS OLD! She had a fighters spirit and with the help of the hospital, doctors and staff - we shared a wonderful 4 years with her.

 

Now we rally together in her memory so that other childen needing help have the facilities,world class doctors and nurses to assist them in their battle.

Last year we raised nearly $24,000 and this year we are lifting the bar and aiming for $50,000.
